Our ladies section were back out with a bang this morning for group training. The Camogie girls took to the summit of the Sugar Loaf while the footballers basked in the lovely surroundings of the Valley Hill! 😆 with lots of Fartlek running thanks to @niallcomber 👌 As our ladies section grows in strength we have such an array of groups- dual players, minor players playing adult (in both codes), girls playing college ball, girls training with dublin. For now we are all doing our bit for pre-season so were ready to go when we all come back as one unit for the season ahead 👊 #finiansabú #workinghard #preseason #bigballsmallball
