The U15 Division 1 Girls travelled to Dromintee GAC in Armagh to take part in the Frank O Rourke Tournament.

Drawn in Group 2, we played Mullahorn from Cavan, Dromintee, the home team, and Walterstown from Meath.

Winning our 3 group games put us into the final to play the winners of Group 1, our neighbours and old rivals Na Fianna, who had also won their 3 games.

The final was a slightly longer match than the group ones, and all the girls were tired, but the St Finians girls kept pushing on and came out the champions πŸ’ͺ

PICTURED HERE ARE CAPTAIN EIMEAR HUGHES AND PLAYER OF THE TOURNAMENT LAYLA-MAI MCNEILL πŸ₯³ πŸ‘

Thanks to Dromintee Gac for hosting this great tournament.

Gratefully Sponsored by Pomodorino Swords, Wood-Fire Pizza & Pasta and Il fornaio bakery
