We asked you to help shape the future of the club by completing our new Club Plan survey and we're delighted with the response we received. Nearly 400 people responded over the last few weeks with feedback, suggestions and ideas on how to grow our club in the years to come.💡 The survey responders were evenly split in terms of gender with all age groups from under 18 to over 65 represented.👩👨

 

In any club there will always be improvements that can be made and there was a clear response on developing facilities first and foremost as part of the new Cooks Road development. Fundraising is a key focus for the club at the moment and the recent Croke Park abseil was a huge success.  Unfortunately big dreams can come at a price and we need to continue to seek sources of funding. There were some excellent ideas on how to grow funding from you. 🏐🏑🏆

 

Our members are our strength and many of you offered skills and assistance to add to our skillsbase and capacity as we continue to grow. We will be looking for your support as part of the new plan.

 

We're aiming to hold a hybrid information session in the clubhouse in the coming weeks to give people more information on the survey results and a timeline for the new club strategy from 2025 to 2030.🏗
