Wellness tasted berry sweet on Saturday afternoon in Peacocks!
Yesterday we hosted a very successful Wellness Day, bringing members of the local community together to focus on health, nutrition and overall wellbeing.
This enormously successful event was held at Peacocks who kindly hosted the occasion.
The day featured a variety of Wellness events led by experienced professionals;
Pilates with Janet, Yoga with Jackie, Reiki with Manu and Nutrition with Diane.
A berry big Thank You to Keelings for their generous sponsorship, providing an abundance of fresh berries to keep us fueled throughout the afternoon!
This day not only fostered a sense of community but raised valuable funds towards our very own "Field of Dreams".
Our heartfelt thanks to Janet, Jackie, Manu and Diane for giving their time and a special word of thanks to Janet who also sourced the fabulous goodie bags for us.
Thank You again to Keelings for keeping us fed so healthily and to Peacocks for hosting us.
Thanks to people's generosity and attendance, this Wellness Day wasn't just about feeling good but doing good, for our GAA Club and the wider community.
