Our adult ladies football team lined up for their 2nd league match of the season at home to St.Vincents on the back of a hugely entertaining battle against Garristown the week previously.

For St.Vincents, this is their first league campaign in ladies football and for them, its case of from little acorns giant oaks will grow.

Strong 1st half performances from Eimear Rainey, Ellie Kane, Breda Orohoe and Emma Curran sent us into the 2nd half with a good lead.

Similar strong performances in the 2nd half from Megan Mc Keown, Emma Howe, Rebecca Kenny and Linda Cummins saw us finish the game well.
