The Finians Rounders had an away social mixed game on Friday night to St Maurs in Rush.

It’s great to have a second GAA club in the Fingal area set up and we were delighted to be invited to play them in their first-ever match.

We played 4 innings in a competitive and friendly spirited game that was officiated by Christy & Liam from Limekiln who once again was a fantastic help with coaching both teams through the plays.

The game finished 15-5 in favour of St Finians but St Maurs will definitely be a team to watch in the social league and in competition. They are also taking the 'social' side of the Dublin rounders league to heart with their outdoor bar area open after the game and some delicious homemade cakes. Thanks for having us, we will be back for sure!!
