Our U14s Camogie team started their championship away to Cuala A on Sunday.

After being promoted from div 4 it was their first taste of playing in Div 3.

St Finians started slowly and Cuala took the advantage to get ahead with a few scores. The away side settled after the first water break and crawled back into the game and were down by 9 at halftime.

Second half was nip and tuck with scores for both sides and although St Finians won the second half by a point they lost the game 6-7 to 5-2.

A great learning experience and fantastic for the players to be playing at this level. Roll on Pergines in 2 weeks.
