Our U10 girls had their last fixture of the year this Saturday, at home for football against St Sylvesters of Malahide.

Despite it being a Bank Holiday weekend, strong numbers turned up, a result of the squads growth throughout the year.

A crossfield wind blowing most of the morning assisted no player, and wasn't necessary to keep the spectators awake, as the girls performances from both teams kept everyones attention. The skills, bravery and teamwork that has been worked on this year didn't drop in level across the matches. The tackling in particular was great to see, with the players brushing off all knocks received and getting back in immediately.

A huge thanks to all the girls, parents and coaches for the commitment and work put in during 2021.
