Rounders played a mixed winter league game away to the Dublin Mets on Sunday.

It finished in a 13-10 loss but an enjoyable and competitive game for all.

Some brilliant play from Finians with some super batting hits from all players. Brian & Shane Mc were joint top scorers with 3 runs each. Joanne, Diarmuid, Martin & Úna all scored a run too.

Shane Mc was brilliant in pitching, with only two walks across 4 innings.

We had a perfect 4th fielding innings thanks to fab catching by Shane S. He got 3 outs from 4 batters who stepped up earning him a player of the match spot in the Ref’s comments along with Asa who was Met of the match for Christy from Limekiln.
