We are delighted to run a “Coach the Coaches” workshop on Friday 18th March from 10.30am - 12pm in the clubhouse. Along with our own coaches we will have some of the U15 lads to demonstrate.

This session will focus on key elements for underage teams in both hurling and Camogie:

Grip, Hurl sizing for children, Body position/stance. Some basic skills:games to take away

We look forward to seeing as many managers and coaches as possible next Friday.
